As the New York Giants go head-to-head with the Jets in their first preseason game, one has to wonder if Giants fans miss having hotties on the sidelines?
"The Giants do not have a cheerleading squad," writes the Giants'. "We have always felt that the game should be the focus of the day of game presentation."
Though business-like, prepping for a season sans cheerleader squad seems boring. While the Giants go without, the Jets fans are bracing themselves for the 2011 Flight Crew calendar and getting ready to preview what their girls have been working on in the off-season.

"I really look for girls who are reliable, responsible and organized in addition to being beautiful, smart and great dancers," Flight Crew coach Denise Garvey said in 2010 pre-audition interview.
"Come on, I'm an NFL cheerleader," said 22-year-old 2010 flight crew member Jasmine. "How great is that?"
